These Backlight bulbs are your best option for making your UV paint glow brilliantly. They are T8 “blacklight blue” bulbs that emit an ultraviolet wavelength of 365nm. The average life of the bulbs is reported to be 8,000 hours. These T8, 40W bulbs are more energy efficient than the T12 bulbs used in the past. In the picture, the bulb on the left is the blacklight bulb for sale. The other two bulbs are expensive GE bulbs. As you can see, our bulbs glow similarly at a fraction of the price!
